For degree students, The following materials are required:

对于未年满18周岁的学生，还需准备以下材料：

For students under the age of 18, the following materials are required:

1 需监护人出具签名的委托书

Power of attorney signed by the Guardian is required

2 家庭情况登记表

Family registration form

3 监护人有效证件扫描件

Scanning copy of the valid certificate of guardian

以上所有材料都需翻译成英文，最好能翻译成中文。

All the materials should be submitted in English, and it’s better to translate it into Chinese.
